For a delicious creamy authentic Pina Colada, follow these simple steps:
Place 60g Coco Lopez, 160g pineapple juice, 100g rum and a glass of ice unto a blender and mix well
Pour into hurricane glasses and serve garnished with a cocktail cherry, a slice of pineapple and a cocktail umbrella
For a refreshing non-alcholic Pina Colada, just leave out the rum!
